HEARTBEAT – La Chaine de L’Espoir is a humanitarian, charitable organization with a mission to provide the highest level of advanced surgical technology and expertise available to treat children with heart disease. The association does this regardless of country of origin, race, religion or gender!
Throughout the past five years, HEARTBEAT has organized several fund-raising concerts at BIEL, Faqra and the Casino du Liban. All concerts were major successes, with audience of more than 15,000 people and the contribution of more than 150 sponsors.
Till date Heartbeat treated more than 900 children with congenital heart disease. It is the result of an ingenious mix of medical instruments with musical ones, combining a medical corps, a musical band, and a group of volunteers from all walks of life.
